The following image is of a stained glass window on the Nave of Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral, of the Episcopal Diocese of West Missouri, located in Kansas City, Missouri. It was emplaced as a memorial for Hannah:

Honoring the memory of Hannah Frances "Fannie" Blish Robinson Horton (1835-1901), the Saint Cecelia window was installed in the middle of the South wall of the Nave in 1902, and was dedicated on Easter
Sunday, March 30, 1902. It was donated by her husband, James Clark Horton (1837-1907), the Senior
Warden of Grace Church from 1901 until his death in 1907.
